農商工連携に関する理論と実際 Theory and Practice on Agriculture,Commerce and Industry Collaboration as an Industrial Policy 渡邊, 明 ワタナベ, アキラ WATANABE, Akira モジュール 戦略的部分最適 農商工連携 マーケティングの4Pと4C ネットワーク組織 自律・分散・協調 スケーラビリティ marketing' Scalability Module Strategic Suboptimal 'Autonomous, Distributed, and Cooperative Systems' '4P’s and 4C’s of application/pdf 本研究は，農商工連携における「素材戦略」「地域戦略」「地域連携戦略」「商品戦略」の4ステージの戦略を総合的に検証し，さらにここで追求する部分的最適戦略を境界領域が曖昧であると定義されるネットワークでサプライチエーン・マネジメント（SCM）として全体を結合させ，総合的なスキームを策定する所にある．本研究から農商工連携では，３つの領域を最適にミックスできる能力が必要になることが明らかとなった．第1次産業と第2次産業の融合，第2次産業と第3 次産業の融合，第1次産業と第3次産業の融合を積極的に進める産業政策の構築が必要になる．「ネットワークの経済」の発展形態である「創発の経済」が期待できる農商工学連携を戦略的に進め，地域の産業構造変化を緩やかにソフトランディングさせるためのデザイン（設計）を行う必要がある．そのため以下5点について，今後も研究を継続することになる． 1　地域における農・水産の優れた素材を見つけ，差別化して利用すること 2　優れた工の技術（マイクロものづくり）の応用を組み合わせ，製品段階まで高め，差別化を行う 3　販路を沢山持っておりマーケット・ターゲットという発想で動くことのできる組織を発見，組織化し，マネジメント力を育成すること 4　戦略的部分最適の思想によるネットワーク的スキームの新しいベンチャービジネスを育てる 5　食材のモジュールの組み合わせで新商品を作っていくこと In this paper, experimental results gathered from the practice of inter-firm network consisting of many companies as shown in the figure. While doing the inter-sector discussions with business owners gathered there, I summarized the theory of agriculture commerce and industry collaboration as an industrial policy. In this paper, we investigated whether a lot of products or services can be made by inter-sector discussion using SNS named 'Facebook'. I am interested in the following theme intensively. Are there inter-influence relation among 'market structure', 'market conduct' and 'market performance'?
