          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">動作は，幾つかの運動要素（サブユニット）から成り立っている。また，それら隣り合うサブユニット同士は，動きの伝導や力の伝播を通じて相補的に結合している。それ故，①まとまりのある動作系列から一つのサブユニットだけを抽出して学習する事態や②サブユニットが駆動する順序を組み替えて学習する事態は学習者の適切な学び方に貢献しない。
そこで本研究では，ある運動スキルにおけるサブユニット間の秩序を維持させたまま，運動を学習する方法を検討した。まず比較的サブユニットの数が多いものの，その相互依存性が低い運動（け伸び）を用いた実験1では，動作系列の最後のサブユニットから遡るように動きをつくる条件に学習効果が認められた。またサブユニットの数が少なく，その相互依存性が高い運動（バスケットボールのフリースロー）を用いた実験2では，下肢のサブユニットから上肢へと秩序ある教示内容で動きをつくる条件に学習効果が認められた。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">A motion comprises several elements of movement, or sub-units, with adjacent sub-units connected in a complementary way via movement conduction and force transmission. As a result, neither Situation 1, in which a single sub-unit extracted from a cohesive motion series is learnt, nor Situation 2, in which a recombined sequence of sub-units is learnt, is an appropriate learning method.
This study considered methods of learning movement that preserve the order of the sub-units within a movement skill. Experiment 1 used a movement (a push-off in swimming) that has a relatively high number of sub-units, with low interdependency, which confirmed the learning effect when a movement is made by working back from the final sub-unit of a motion series. Experiment 2 used a movement (a free throw in basketball) that has a small number of sub-units, with high interdependency, which confirmed the learning effect when a movement is made with instruction content that starts with the leg sub-unit and then progresses to the arms.</datacite:description>
