{"created":"2023-07-25T10:47:08.199903+00:00","id":162,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9f290c13-ec4e-4010-8a3a-63fcb0f65cd5"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"162","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"162"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:fcu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000162","sets":["9:10:15"]},"author_link":["551","550","548","549"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-02-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"18","bibliographicPageStart":"9","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"10","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"福山市立大学教育学部研究紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the Faculty of Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は,コンジョイント分析を適用して,特別支援学級担任教員と通級指導担当教員がどのような現職研修に参加したいと考えるのか,その実際的な研修ニーズを明らかにすることであった。研修の属性は,「形態」「内容」「頻度」の3つとし,「形態」に対しては校内研修会,学会等主催の研修会,教育委員会主催の研修会,教師による研究会主催の研修会の4水準を,「内容」に対しては授業研究,事例検討,最新特別支援教育動向,指導技術,子どもの心理情緒的問題,脳科学・心理学,知能検査・発達検査,校内特別支援教育コーディネートの8水準を,「頻度」に対しては「年1,2回の開催」と「年6回以上の開催」の2水準を設定した。これらの属性及び水準を組み合わせて作成された36の仮想研修に対する選好を5段階評定で,ある自主研究会の研修に参加した教員に回答させた。18名の教員から回答が得られた。結果は,教員は研修に対して最も「内容」の属性を考慮することを示唆した。また,分析結果から,最も好まれる研修は,「自主研究会主催の形態で,子どもの心理情緒的問題や授業研究の内容で,年1,2回の開催」であることが明らかとなった。これらの結果は,特別支援学級担任教員と通級指導担当教員向けの研修を企画するうえで有用な示唆を提供するものと考えられる。\nThe purpose of this study is to use conjoint analysis to clarify the training needs of special needs class teachers and resource room teachers in terms of what type of in-service training they would actually like to participate in. There are three attributes of training: \"Form\", \"Content\", and \"Frequency\", with 4, 8, and 2 levels, respectively. Special needs class teachers and resource room teachers who participated in the training of a voluntary study group answered the preference for 36 virtual training items created by combining these attributes and levels on a 5-point scale. Answers were obtained from 18 teaches. The results suggested that teachers consider the most \"content\" attributes for training.
