The purpose of our practical study is to provide an educational tool to prevent problems in postpartum childcare and to convey the methods in safer and more accessible way to wider audience even in the period of spreading of COVID-19 infection. The contents of the programs include the way to maintain a sense of safety and security in daily life, to manage stress during pregnancy, to form connections with children through embroidery, and exercise on breathing techniques. These programs were created in cooperation with the Fukuyama City Neuvora Promotion Division, as the Child-Rearing Generation Comprehensive Support Center, assuming the specific cases of pregnant women with some anxieties. We also prepare to hold face-to-face lectures for mothers in Fukuyama City who are worried about pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing, so that we can measure the effectiveness of the program before and after the lectures in the near future.
