And, it is important thing in Japanese growth strategy that is turning agriculture forestry and fishery industries into growth industries. Through the implementation of the two “approach”; (1)regional revitalization through Collaboration among Agriculture, Commerce and Industry(ACIC); (2)Regional Branding, we aim to achieve competitive advantage. However, detailed regional designs will not have been finalized for all issues and is restrictive. Now, between Regional Branding and “ACIC”, next steps are being taken to achieve a switch to new business model that contributes to regions\ninto a sustainable society.\nWe focus on “MINAMIISE BRAND” and by analyzing this case to identify what is competitive advantage model for region. We aim to institute “Regional Design” that coordinates products in the region and restructures total system in he region.
