This relationship pertains to the construction of integers and is closely related to the development of number concepts from early childhood to the juvenile period. Reviewing academic papers regarding the \"part-whole relationship\" and the development of number concepts, it can be summarized that research on the development of number concepts has yielded various insights through counting approaches from approximately 1960. Additionally, since approximately 1980, the structural approach perspective emerged concerning the composition of numbers and the \"part-whole relationship.\" Recently, research focusing on the structural approach has gained focus, posing a challenge. However, how children understand it is not clear, nor how to measure it, due to the complexity of the perspective.
