By hearing about the process of building the course while actually conducting empirical research and then modifying it in a better direction using the PDCA cycle, I was able to receive some suggestions for building a course in light of the situation of parents and children in Japan.\nI heard a very simple but profound talk about the content of the course, which was divided into three parts: validation, meditation and connection.
