| 内容記述 | 道の駅は公益性の強い施設と言われており，持続的な地域活性化の役割とともに自立した経営活動も求められている．それゆえに自治体による指定管理制度を活用した事業運営を行っているケースが多いことが特徴的である．本研究では，道の駅の指定管理者の特徴と道の駅の事業内容について整理を行うことで，指定管理者の実態と可能性を明らかにすることを試みた．指定管理者の出資者は，地元の団体や個人が出資者となる構図は大きくは変わらないが，組織体制では，第３セクター以外の組織の指定管理者が見受けられた．今後，自治体にて事業運営をチェックできる仕組みをいかに構築するかが課題となることを示唆した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Roadside stations are said to be facilities with a strong public interest, and in addition to playing a role in sustainable regional revitalization, they are also expected to engage in independent management activities.Many of these businesses are characterized by being run by local governments using the designated manager system.The purpose of this study is to clarify the current situation and potential of designated managers by summarizing the characteristics of designated managers of roadside stations and the business activities of roadside stations.There will be no change to the structure in which the designated manager's investors will be local organizations and individuals. However, when we looked at the organizational structure, we found that there were organizations other than the third sector. He pointed out that one of the challenges going forward is how to create a system that allows local governments to check business operations. | |||||
