| 内容記述 | 本研究は，降園の時間帯における保育者の子どもへの関わりとその背景を明らかにすることを目的とする。保育所に勤務する保育士1名へインタビューを実施，質的データ分析法の一つであるSCATを用いて分析を行った。その結果，①安全最優先の活動選択，②時間帯固有の雰囲気による関わり，③タイムリミットに伴う子どもへの関わりの葛藤，という 3 つの主要な特徴が明らかになった。保育者は，子どもの疲れが出る時間帯であることを踏まえ，安全を配慮しながら，日中よりもゆったりとした関わりを意識していた。また，子ども同士でトラブルが発生しそうな場面では，日中の保育と比較しながら関与の程度を葛藤し，調整することが示された。本研究を通して，降園の時間帯における保育者の配慮や工夫，及び葛藤が明らかになり，この時間帯の保育を担う保育者の専門性の一端が明らかになった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to clarify how nursery teachers engage with children during the time of children leaving nursery for the day. Interviews were conducted with a teacher at a nursery school, and the data were analyzed using SCAT, a qualitative data analysis method. The results revealed three main characteristics: ① prioritizing safety in activity selection, ② engaging in interactions shaped by the unique atmosphere of the time period, and ③ experiencing conflicts when engaging with children due to time constraints. Considering that children tend to become tired during this period, the teacher consciously engaged with them in a more relaxed manner than during the day while still prioritizing safety. Furthermore, the teacher adjusted the level of involvement and experienced conflict when situations arose in which conflicts between children seemed likely to occur. This study clarified the considerations, strategies, and conflicts experienced by teachers during the time, revealing an aspect of the professionalism required of nursery teachers at this time of day. | |||||||||||
