The purpose of this paper is to clarify the actual situation of such business type innovations and the experience value to customers through the cases of \"LUCUA FOOD HALL \" and \" BARCHICA \" from the viewpoint of SC developer’s acquisition process of organizational capability to integrate the accumulation of tenants. First of all, the positioning of \"food hall\" was confirmed while organizing similar terms, and it was arranged that the same business type was established by seamless of buying cooking materials, buying cooked food and eating on the spot. In addition, through cases, it was found that \"LUCUA FOOD HALL\" and other food halls and \"BARCHICA\" flexibly set contract and operation forms with tenants, making usage and space seamless and creating customer value that is adjusted the local market. Behind this, it was found that there were also ingenuity in aspects of the business model, such as improving the rent burden to establish store openings for individual tenants and schemes to reduce fixed costs.
