Groth, A.Somech & A.Drach-Zahavy. Particularly, while paying attention to the challenges and limitations of present OCB research situation which has actually focused only on the internal aspects of organizations, we confirmed that not only the internal factors inside of the organization but also the “organization citizenship behavior\" of persons at the boundary of the organization (boundary spanner), such as front staff, has a significant impact on the organization by creating a \"good work/ deployment\" in which the staff and customers collaborate and generate satisfaction.\nIn order to confirm what was proposed in SOCB, as a benchmark, we examined the substantive service delivery provided by Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program at Public Housing Agency, a public housing organization in the U.S.\nFinally, as an implication, we mentioned that the OCB theory has been deepened by the new SOCB researches, and that the “radical\" revitalization of organizations can emerge only in a responsive relationship with society (environment outside of organizations).
