Subjects in this study were twentytwo female collage-aged people. Examination group was treated training with 15minutes per day for 10 weeks. In the results, it was seen signifi cantly increase in the sit-up and the side-steps. It was seen negative correlation in physical activities and change ratio of muscle thickness in upper arms.
