Japanese industries were strong in 80’s and 90’s, and even thereafter they enjoyed their sales and manufacturing operations domestically or even locally within Japan, but now they cannot help but deploy their overseas operations in such a global business environment where demands are stronger and supplies are more competitive. Japanese industries are, therefore, expected to hire such university-graduates as more trained in foreign languages, more used to multi-cultural communications, much stronger leadership and so force, Those university-graduates are candidates for “suitable human resources in time of globalization (GURO-BARU JINZAI)”.\nEducational institutions, central or local, including the Fukuyama City University(FCU) are now in a position to respond to those educational and training needs that might be required by Japanese industries. As a matter of fact, because such human resources are not concretely defined in industries or even in educational institutions, more discussions are expected to take place.
