| 内容記述 | 本研究は保育者としての成長過程を明らかにすることを目的として，新任の保育所保育士の１年目と２年目にインタビュー調査を行った。分析は，仕事についてから身についた知識・技能，今の仕事の見通し，保育の面白さの３つの視点から行い，概念を抽出した。仕事についてから身についた知識・技能では，実際に身についた知識や技能と，これから身につけるべき知識や技能に大別され，保護者対応や自己評価の認識，毎日の仕事の流れなどが抽出された。今の仕事の見通しでは，仕事上の見通しと生活上の見通しがあげられ，人事異動に関する言及や，自身の結婚や出産，見通しがもてないといった概念が抽出された。保育の面白さでは，保護者との連携や支援，子どもの育ちや成長の共有といった概念が抽出された。 We interviewed newly adopted nursery teachers who graduated from four-year university to research their growth process as professionals. We analyzed the interviews from the viewpoint of their acquired knowledge and skills, their prospects of the job and the interest of nursing and child education. In acquired knowledge and skills, we found that they told actually acquired knowledge and skills and required knowledge and skills. In prospects of the job, we found that they have prospects of the work and the life. Teachers who work at public nursery school have both expectation and anxiety for personnel shift. In interest of nursing and child education, they are interested in children’s growth and development and share of emotion with children. |
