| 内容記述 | 本稿は、大学での保育所実習の新たな取り組みとその成果についての実践報告である。 福山市立大学は、福山市立女子短期大学の保育士養成37年間の実績を継承して、2011年に開学した公立大学である。大学への移行期に、保育所実習において、新たな取り組み（実習先限定、教育支援センター設置、特任教員任用、実地体験活動）を実施した。その結果、学生の実践的な学びは深まり、実習先からは「実習生を育てることは、福山市の保育の質をあげること」と言われるまでになった。 This practical report shows the new endeavors and the progress of our nursery practical training program at Fukuyama City University, which is a municipal university established in 2011. Our student training program has taken over the achievement of 37 year practices at Fukuyama City Junior College for Women. During the transitional period from junior college to university, we practiced the new endeavors such as qualifying nursery schools for training, establishment of the Educational Practice and Student Support Center, employment of specially appointed teachers and making chances of actual experiences. As a result, the students were able to deepen their practical knowledge, so their teachers at the nursery schools mentioned that training the students leads to improve the quality of nursery schools in Fukuyama city. |
