| 内容記述 | 本稿は，福山の街並み，建築物の形態について，形成要因を切り口とした3つの研究テーマについて，初動的な研究成果を踏まえ，今後の研究課題を考察するものである． 第1の研究テーマは，近代的建築法制度が確立する前の地域の建築慣例を探るものである．第2次世界大戦末期の空襲で焼失した福山の街並み，建築形態が規範としていた地域の建築慣例を理解することで，焼失以前の姿をしのぶことができるだろう． 第2の研究テーマは，神辺宿の優れた防火木造の街並みの形成要因を探る思索である．江戸時代の大火後に復興した街並みがどのようにして形成されていったかを複数の仮説を立てて考えてみる． 第3の研究テーマは，戦災復興区画整理で新たに導入された街角の隅切りを反映した隅切り建築物の分析である．戦前にはなかった隅切りを復興期の建築物は多彩に利用した．これを分析することは，福山の魅力的な都市景観づくりに役立つだろう． これらの研究は，端緒についたばかりのものである．今後，研究を展開させていきたい． This essay deals with three research issues about the shapes of the building and contributing factors therein in Fukuyama City. It considers future research agendas based on findings of preliminary studies about these issues. The first research issue is about common building practices that prevailed across the city before a modern building law had been established. By understanding the old common building practices, we can present a visualized image of an old townscape of Fukuyama that was destroyed by World War Two. The second research issue is about how the old town of Kannabe where was formed into a township with a high fire-resistance. In thinking about this, I will put forward some hypothesis about how the town was reconstructed after it was destroyed by a great fire in the 18th century. The third research issue is about the corner-cutoff of land lots, which was introduced after the Second World War. During the restoration period just after the war, people adopted a variety of building designs, making best use of their land lots with its corner cut off. I believe that understanding these designs will contribute to creation of an attractive Fukuyama townscape. |
