| 内容記述 | 児童憲章，子どもの権利条約批准，児童福祉法改正，児童虐待防止法改正といった制度的な展開の中で，虐待予防教育は，これまで現場レベル，教科書レベルで行われてきたものが，改めて高校家庭科ですべての高校生が必修で学ぶ対象となった。 しかしながら，そこにはまだ大きく分けて鈴木ら（2011）が指摘するように課題が横たわっている。それは，①エビデンスにもとづいた研究をベースとしたウェルビーイングをめざすためのカリキュラムの構築，②その場合，被虐待あるいはそのおそれのある生徒や受講者に配慮，そして家庭科教師以外の関係者との連携の構築，③それらを可能にする教師教育カリキュラムの整備である。 ３つの課題解決は同時に検討されるべきであり，その補助線として，海外で行われている実際のプログラムや日本独自のものを作るためのクリティカル・リアリズムの理論から援用したバックキャストを用いたプログラムの構想と教師教育への接続について検討した。 In institutional development such as establishment of the Children’s Charter, ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, amendment of the Child Welfare Law, and revision of the Child Abuse Prevention Law, abuse prevention education, although it has been done at the field and the textbook levels, is now to be a compulsory based theme in high school home economics education. As Suzuki et al. (2011) pointed out, there still remain three major problems: (1) providing a curriculum aimed at well-being based on evidence-based research, (2) consideration for students who are abused or possibly abused and building collaboration with stakeholders in various fields, and (3) development of teacher education curriculum that makes the above possible. |
