| 内容記述 | 本論文の目的は、教師による自立的なアクションリサーチの方法論に関する検討を行うことである。この種のアクションリサーチは、学校現場で教師が自らの実践状況の改善していく試みであり、これは研究的手続きに基づきつつも、他者（学校外の研究者等）と協働せず単独で遂行されるものである。検討の結果、自立的なアクションリサーチでは、以下の諸点が考慮されるべきであると見なせる。（１）選択された教室の問題を、その問題の要因を検討しつつ、研究可能な課題へと変換する。（２）研究の課題の解決に向けた方法を構想し、それと研究が目指す目標状態を関連付けて、実践的仮説を構成する。（３）実践的仮説の妥当性を示しえるエビデンスを、目標達成に関わる規準と基準に基づいて生成する。（４）他者が点検可能なように研究過程を著述する。（５）事例研究の意味を理解する。（６）研究を通して教師としての成長に関わるようなリフレクションの深化を試みる。 The purpose of this article is to review the methodology of teachers’ independent action research. This type of action research constitutes teachers’ attempts to improve their practical situations in school, and it is based on research procedures and conducted singly without collaborators (e. g. outside researchers). Discussions revealed that in independent action research, the following should be considered. (1) The selected problem in a classoom should be transformed into the researchable question through examining the causes of the problem. (2) The practical hypothesis should be formulated so that methods to answer the research question are developed and linked with the objective of the research. (3) Evidences should be generated that shows the validity of the practical hypothesis, based on the criteria and standards concerning the achievement of the objective. (4) Reports on the research process should be written so that others can check it. (5) The meaning of a case study should be understood. (6) A deepening reflection affecting the growth as teachers throughout the research should be attempted. |
