| 内容記述 | 津波や液状化などによる都市災害に対し，被害の軽減や災害後復帰に有効なエネルギーや水の都市インフラシステムが求められている．本論文では，エネルギー（電気・ガス）と水（上下水道）の分散型施設とその統合的システムの在り方を既存の情報を踏まえて整理し，エネルギーと水の新しい分散型システムの考え方について，福山市（市街地区域のみ）をモデル都市として検討した． その結果，津波や液状化の被害と人口密度などを考慮し福山市街地を4区画に分割し，その地区ごとにLNG（液化天然ガス）を利用したガスタービン式熱電供給システムの設置，膜導入による下水循環利用も組み込んだ多元水利用システムの導入，それらエネルギーと水の統合・管理システムの採用など，エネルギーと水の新しい分散型都市システムに関する考え方を示すことができた． For urbane disaster by tsunami or liquefier, effective system on energy and water facilities as urbane infrastructure is requested in order to minimize the damages of urbane disaster. In this paper, we suggested the new distributed system of the energy and water facilities based on the integrated system with actual information, and examined Fukuyama (only center city area) as a demonstration city. As a result, we summarized how to think about a new distributed urbane infrastructure system of the energy and water facilities. This concepts consist of following items that are to divide Fukuyama city area into 4 divisions in consideration for the population density and the damage area by tsunami and liquefier, to install the heat electric supply system with gas turbine using LNG (liquefied natural gas), to introduce the multiple water use system including the sewage reuse system with membrane in each district, and to introduce the integrated control system. |
