| 内容記述 | 企業が持続的な成長するために必要とされる資源や能力に関する研究が進んでいるが，その源泉の１つとして組織や企業レベルの企業家活動とされる企業家的志向に注目が集まっている．研究の進展とともに，企業家志向性が企業業績を高める効果を持つと結論が定着しつつある．近年，企業家的志向に関する研究は増加傾向にあるが，企業志向性とは何を意味するのか，構成概念の再検討と企業家志向性と企業業績との関係性を説明しうる理論的基盤の確立の必要性が指摘されている．そこで本稿は，企業家志向性の構成概念と理論的基盤に関する先行研究レビューを行い，研究状況を概観し，今後の研究課題についての検討を行った． \nIn order to be able to seize the opportunities that a dynamic operating environment opens up, Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) as a driving force behind the organizational pursuit of entrepreneurial activities has become a central focus of the entrepreneurship literature. It is clear that the scholarly community is very interested because EO is a significant predictor of firm performance. An important area which has been the subject of recent discussion in the EO is dimensionality and the call for more robust theorizing in EO research. This article is an attempt to understand the meanings and significance of the measurement of EO and robust theorizing, based on the literature review on the EO research. |
