| 内容記述 | 本稿は，日本の学術界における「対話」と「公共圏」の諸研究の知的状況を概観し，「対話」や「公共圏」（とその対になる「私事圏(親密圏)」）の具体的諸実践を分析するための４象限図を作成する．これまで「対話」や「公共圏」については哲学，教育学，社会教育学，社会学，社会心理学，心理学，精神療法，文化人類学，政治学，法学，地域研究，歴史学，経営学・組織論，言語学，情報科学などで扱われてきた．最初に，それらの諸研究における「対話」と「公共圏」の定義や理論，思想が概観される．その後「対話」と「公共圏」の諸研究が，相互行為における理解と承認の軸，公と私の軸により構成される4象限図に位置づけられる．これは，規範概念や歴史概念と異なる分析概念としての，全体社会の領域論と異なるコミュニケーション論（シンボリック相互行為論）の観点からの，「対話」「公共圏」「私事圏(親密圏)」の特徴と関係を図示する試みである． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper reviews studies on “dialogue” and “public sphere” in Japan and outlines their academic trends. The previous studies on “dialogue” and “public sphere” have been in philosophy, pedagogy, social education, sociology, social psychology, psychology, psychotherapy, cultural anthropology, politics, law, area studies, history, management and organizational studies, linguistics, and information science. First, this paper overviews the definition, theory, and thought on “dialogue” and “public sphere.” Their studies are in the 4-quadrant diagram that consists of the axis of understanding-recognition in interaction and the axis of public-private interaction. This diagram illustrates the characteristics of "dialogue," "public sphere," and "private sphere (intimate sphere)" and the relationships between them as analytical concepts that are not normative or historical concepts from the perspective of symbolic interactionism. | |||||
