| 内容記述 | 近年，地域資源―とりわけ歴史的建造物や伝統文化を含む文化資源―は，幅広い分野と連携して利活用することで，地域社会の持続的な発展に寄与することが期待されている．中でも茶の湯文化は，伝統技術や食文化など様々な要素を含む文化資源であり，その維持・継承の重要性は高いと考えられている．そのため茶の湯文化は，島根県松江市をはじめ，複数の自治体で利活用を通じた継承が図られている． 文化資源の利活用に際しては，文化庁により，現状に至る経緯や実態等を調査し，それらを踏まえることの必要性が指摘されている．そして，その調査結果を解釈する際に，E．ホブズボウムが提唱した「創られた伝統」という構築主義的な概念に立つと，伝統文化などの文化資源は，不変なものではなく，社会状況等の影響を受けながら変化していくものであると言える． そこで本研究は，松江市の茶の湯文化を事例として，郷土資料や地元紙等の文献調査および関係者への聞き取り調査をもとに，地域資源の生成過程および地域内での位置づけの変化を明らかにすることを目的とした． その結果，松江市における茶の湯文化は，松江藩松平家７代藩主松平不昧によってその礎が築かれ，武家の嗜み，不昧という人物の象徴，そして地域の魅力である地域資源と，時代の移り変わりとともに形を変えながら，松平家や松江市民によって脈々と受け継がれてきたことが明らかとなった． |

| 内容記述 | In recent years, local resources, especially cultural resources including historical buildings and traditional culture, are expected to contribute to the sustainable development of local communities. In particular, the tea ceremony culture has been passed down through utilization in several municipalities, including Matsue City in Shimane Prefecture. Utilization of Cultural Resources, Agency for Cultural Affairs points out that the necessity to investigate their backgrounds and current conditions when utilizing them. In interpreting the results of the survey, based on the constructivist concept of "the invention of tradition" proposed by Hobsbawm, E. J. (1992), it can be said that cultural resources such as traditions cultures change under the influence of social conditions. That is why, this study aims to clarify the formation process of regional resources and the changes in their position within the region, using the tea ceremony culture of Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture as an example. This study based on a literature review of local materials, local newspapers and interviews with the people concerned. As a result, it has clarified that the tea ceremony culture in Matsue City has been passed down continuously by the Matsudaira family and the citizens of Matsue, changing its form with the changing times. |
