| 内容記述 | 瀬戸内町では包括的な支援を目的とした地域づくりから、空き建築物の利活用が期待され求められている．そこで本研究では、町内のすべての空き建築物を対象として、利活用を目的とした実態調査を計画・実施した．本稿ではこのうち加計呂麻島で実施した調査について報告・検討した．195事例を対象として実施した調査の結果は住宅のみが該当し、建物の外観、敷地境界、敷地内、周辺環境に分けて報告した．これらの結果をもとに外観および外部の状態を考察し、約30％の事例が直ちに利活用することができ、約５％の事例に対しては早急な対応が求められることがわかった． This research planned and implemented an actual situation survey for the vacant buildings based on a presurvey by the town of Setouchi. This paper first reviews the statistical results of this survey about building facades, site boundaries, gardens and elements of the surrounding environment on the island of Kakeroma on July 2018. It explores the types of building exteriors and external space conditions regarding these results and found 53cases (32.9%) could still be reused as a normal house, and 9cases (5.6%) need immediate action for removel. |
