| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of collegiality for the nursery worker’s formation of specialty. Nursery workers (N＝10) were interviewed with semi-structured interviews. The data was analyzedby qualitative viewpoint. The analysis generated following 3 major categories: (a) safe and relief feelings for opening childcare, (b) successions of childcare skills, (c) identity formation as a childcare worker. The category of "safe and relief feeling for opening childcare" was the basic category for the formation of specialty. The results were discussed from the point of personnel climate and practice in university of child care and education. | |||||
