| 内容記述 | 本研究は，卒業生による教育内容や学習環境に関する評価を通して，本学の養成教育の特徴や強みを明らかにし，これまでの養成教育の成果と今後の課題について考察した。保育コース卒業生のうち保育施設に勤務する10名にインタビュー調査を実施した。その結果，本学で保育を学んでよかった内容や経験の回答から，大学の授業等では，実践性の高い学習内容と保育・教育の理論的な学習内容，加えて学習環境として，コース間，コース内の学生同士の学び合いの機会が提供されていることが示された。実習や実地体験活動では，子どもや保育者と出会い，地域の人材としてつながる契機になっていることが示された。また，保育職に必要な知識・技術と養成教育段階で学ぶべきことの回答から，今後は，入職後に実践的かつ経験的に知識・技術が習得されることを踏まえ，養成教育段階で最低限学ぶべき内容を設定していくことの必要性が示唆された。 This study clarified the characteristics and strengths of Fukuyama City University's nursery school teacher training education based on graduates’ evaluations of the curriculum and learning environment, and examined our training education for achievements and future issues. Ten graduates working in childcare facilities were interviewed. The results indicated that the university provides highly practical and theoretical learning content in its classes, and that students have opportunities to learn from each other. During the practical training and field experience activities, they had opportunities to meet children and nursery school teachers. It was suggested that it is necessary to set a minimum curriculum to be mastered in the training education stage, taking into account that some specialized knowledge and skills are acquired, both practically and empirically, only after employment. |
