| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，中国地方に位置するA県B市にて，アクション・リサーチの手法を用いて2021年から2022年に実施した小学生のCLD児であるF児に対する支援活動の中で散見された事例をもとに，そこからCLD児の「母語」習得過程に現れる困難・障壁となる課題を抽出し，それを克服するための支援方法を検討することにある。本稿では，CLD児にとっての「母語」を「第一言語」と「家庭内言語」の視点から見つめ，F児の乳幼児期から小学校低学年までを成育過程と現状をつぶさに観察することで，CLD児の「発達保障」及び「学習する権利の保障」という観点から，F児が何に困難を感じ，何が障壁となっているのかを探っていく。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine the difficulties and barriers that appear in the process of learning the "native language" of CLD children, based on the case found in the support activities for the elementary school CLD children, F, conducted from 2021 to 2022 in B City, A Prefecture, located in the Chugoku region, using action research methods, and to examine support methods to overcome these difficulties and barriers. The purpose of this paper is to extract the difficulties and barriers that appear in the process of "native language" acquisition by CLD children, and to examine support methods to overcome them. In this paper, we summarize and discuss the CLD children, and organize and discuss the issues that can be seen from the perspective of "first language" and "home language," and by closely observing the growth process and current situation of F from infancy to early elementary school, we can identify the issues and problems that arise in the "developmental guarantee" of CLD children and "guarantee of the right to learn" for them. We will explore what difficulties and barriers CLD children face from the perspective of "developmental guarantee" and "guaranteeing the right to learn". | |||||
