| 内容記述 | This paper introduces some aspects of ECEC (Early Childhood Education and Care) reform briskly performed in China today. Especially it focuses how China is trying to improve the quality of teachers engaged in early childhood education, since, needless to say, the quality of ECEC depends on it. The aspects examined are as follows: (1)Changes of ECEC system in China (2)Education and childcare activities in kindergartens (3)Various early childhood teacher’ positioning and role (4)Diversifying educational system for early childhood teachers (5)Changing the curriculum for "kindergarten teachers" to be (6)Reforming the curriculums for "kindergarten teachers" to be (7)What we should do for ensuring better early childhood teachers for tomorrow |
