| 内容記述 | 身体活動環境の視点から郊外団地住人の身体活動量と健康関連体力について分析した．実地調査として，身体活動量計を保健指導に用いている群馬県中之条町の保健師に聞き取り調査を行った．“自分の生活を知る”ことに通じる身体活動量計を用いることの有用性が示唆された．また福山市弥生が丘団地において，身体活動量計を用いた日常生活における活動量の調査と健康関連体力測定を行った．その結果から，日常生活における身体活動量が不足しており，肥満傾向がみられ，中之条町同様の取り組みの必要性が示唆された． The purpose of this study was to discuss about physical activity in a suburban tract-house development. In the inter-view from Public Health Nurse of Nakanojo town, Gunma, it was suggested the effectiveness of using a calorie counter for health instruction. In the Yayoigaoka-danchi, Fukuyama city, it was investigated the active mass using the calorie counter. In addition, It was carried out the measurement of the body composition and calcaneal bone mass. There were many people of the tendency to obesity. A negative correlation was seen among age, steps and middle level exercise time. The resident of the suburbs housing complex lacked physical active mass in the everyday life, and an obese tendency was seen, and the need of the action like Nakanojo town was suggested. |
