| 内容記述 | Revision and deletion of Article 50 of the Local Education Administration Law (it was the basis for the school district system of public high school), is driven by the committee that was organized in the Cabinet "administrative reform" （"deregulation and regulatory reform" and "decentralization"). The Cabinet asked the elimination of school district that assumes to introduce school choice system in public elementary and junior high schools. Ministry of Education tunes to "deregulation and regulatory reform" and "decentralization” policy by the Cabinet. Ministry of Education adapts the elimination of the school district to efficiency meaning that listen to the needs of local residents and parents of the school district of public elementary and junior high schools. And school district system the Cabinet has a problem, is a problem of adapt attendance area of a public high school, Article 50 of the local educational administrative law, which has been defining this organization was amended, and deleted. |
