| 内容記述 | 都市の防災能力を比較するため，客観的指標を用いて，福山市を含む瀬戸内近隣4都市の聞き取り調査を行った．更に，立地が大きく異なる遠方3都市の聞き取り調査も行った．これらの調査結果をここに報告することによって，都市の防災上の課題を明らかにすると共に，それを公表して防災まちづくりに対する住民意識の向上につながることを期待する． In order to evaluate and compare city disaster preparedness and management systems by using objective indices, we carried out hearing investigations of four neighboring cities including Fukuyama, all of which are located in the Seto Inland Sea region. In addition, we also carried out hearing investigations of three diff erent cities located very far from Fukuyama. By reporting here the results of those investigations, we intend to disclose problems to be solved and enhance inhabitant consciousness for improving city management systems in consideration of disaster preparedness. |
