| 内容記述 | 災害に関わる情報を地域住民に早く分かり易く伝えることは，自治体の重要な防災対策の一つである．そこで本研究では，情報弱者を含む地域住民へより効果的に災害情報を伝える方法について，他市の事例も参考にしながら検討を行った．自治体や町内会，コミュニティFM放送局への聞き取り調査によって，（ⅰ）Lアラート（公共情報コモンズ）の一層の活用，（ⅱ）緊急時のFM放送自動化，（ⅲ）緊急速報メールにおける自動読み上げソフト導入の重要性が明らかになった． It is one of the important disaster-prevention measures of local governments that they notify local residents of disaster information as quickly and understandably as possible. In the study, referring to cases of some other cities, we considered more effective methods for disaster information notification to local residents including information illiterates, i.e., those with inadequate access to information. By hearing investigations of local governments and neighborhood associations as well as community-based FM broadcast radio stations, we have found the importance of (i) enhanced use of L-Alert (Public Information Commons), (ii) automatization of FM broadcast in an emergency and (iii) introduction of automated reading out software of an emergency alert email sent to people in a specific area. |
