| 内容記述 | 本研究は、入職３年目の実践体験を通した初任期教師の成長について、その実践知の形成を観点としながら探究している。本研究の参加者は、福山市立大学教育学部教職課程を修了した４名の小学校および特別支援学校の教師である。これらの教師を対象としたグループ・インタビューによって得られたナラティヴ・データの解釈に基づきながら、教師たちの実践知を表象する事例が構成され、その検討が行われた。得られた知見は、以下のようにまとめられる。（ⅰ）４名の初任期教師の内２名において、その実践知の形成は、実践知のあらたな側面が、既存の側面から両者の密接な関連のもとに派生するという生成的形成の様態で特徴付けられる、（ⅱ）この実践知が派生的に生成するという見方は、初任期教師の実践知がどのように形成されるのか、その要因を説明するための有意味な枠組みとなり得る。 This study explores the novice teachers’ growth through their experiences of third-years teaching, in terms of the development of practical knowledge. The participants of this study were four elementary and special needs school teachers, who had completed the teacher training course at the Faculty of Education, Fukuyama City University. Narrative data was collected by conducting group interviews with the participants; based on the interpretation of the data, the cases that represented the participants’ practical knowledge were developed and examined. The findings are summarized as follows: (i) in two of the four novice teachers, the development of practical knowledge is characterized by the mode of generation that the new aspect of practical knowledge is derived from its existing aspect and both are related closely; and (ii) the perspective that practical knowledge is generated derivatively provides a significant framework to explain the factor of how the practical knowledge of novice teachers is developed. |
