| 内容記述 | 2020年度保育所実習（保育実習Ⅰ（保育所）および保育実習Ⅱ）は，新型コロナウィルス感染症の感染拡大により，当初予定していた実習時期，実習依頼先および実習内容での実施が困難となった。すなわち，実習先保育所での2単位10日間の実習が困難となったため，一部実習施設（保育所）における実習と学内での対面による代替実習を行い，90時間45コマの2単位分を実施した。コロナ禍の状況変動の中でどのように対処しながら実習を実施していったか，今後の非常事態体制下における保育士養成における実習の一助になることを願って，その取り組みを紹介することとした。主な工夫点は，①3密を避けるための工夫，②模擬保育実践場所と観察場所をオンライン会議システムで結ぶリアルタイム型システムの導入，③学外ゲストティーチャーの協力による学内実習指導，であった。本取り組みについて，本研究に協力を得られた受講生49人の実習後に提出された反省・感想等をテキスト分析した結果，学内代替実習に関する受講生自身の学びの様子がうかがえた。 Owing to the spread of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), it became difficult to implement the 2020 Nursery Center Training (Nursery Practice I [nursery center] and Nursery Practice II) during the originally planned period at nursery centers with the same contents. Particularly, it became difficult to conduct the 2-unit, 10-day training program at the nursery centers where it was supposed to take place. For this reason, we carried out a part of a 2-unit, 90-hour (45 class periods) practical training at the training facilities (nursery centers) and the other part through face-to-face, inschool, and substitute practical training. We explain how we implemented this practical training while dealing with the changes in the situation due to the spread of COVID-19, hoping that it helps the future training of nursery teachers in this ongoing state of emergency. The main points of innovation were as follows: 1) devising ways to avoid crowding, 2) introducing a real-time system that connects simulated nursery practice sites and observation sites through an online conference system, and 3) in-school practical training with the cooperation of an out-of-school guest teacher. The text analysis of the reflections and impressions submitted after the practical training by 49 students who participated in this study revealed that the characteristics of students’ learning were satisfied in the in-school substitute practical training. |
