| 内容記述 | 本稿は、若手教師の成長に関する研究動向を、その実践知形成に焦点化して検討することを目的としている。23件の先行研究を検討した結果、以下の知見が得られている。（１）若手教師の成長としての実践知形成の様態は、対子ども認識、対自的認識、実践知の構造の変化という3 つのカテゴリーを通して把握される。（２）対子ども認識は、子どもの見取り、子どもの受容、子どもへの信任という3 つの下位カテゴリーから構成される。（３）対自的認識は、実践の目標の自覚、教育方法と子どもの状況の関連付け、自己の可能性の見極めという3 つの下位カテゴリーから構成される。（４）実践知の構造の変化に関わっては、実践知と理論知の関連付け、実践知の既存の側面の変化という点が見出されている。この内、対自的認識は対子ども認識に影響を受けており、また先の6 つの下位カテゴリーは、若手教師が成長を遂げていく際の課題を表している、と仮定することができる。 The article examines research trends in the growth of younger teachers, focusing on the development of practical knowledge. After examining 23 previously published articles, the following findings were obtained. (1) The conditions for the development of practical knowledge as part of younger teachers' growth are comprehended through three categories, namely, perceptions of pupils, perceptions of self, and structural changes in practical knowledge. (2) Perceptions of pupils consists of three subcategories, namely, grasp of, acceptance of, and confidence in pupils. (3) Perceptions of self consists of three subcategories, namely, consciousness of practical goals, combination of educational methos and situations of pupils, and ascertainment of the possibilities of the self. (4) In terms of the structural changes in practical knowledge, liking between practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge, and transforming the existing aspects of practical knowledge are found out. Among these, it can be inferred that perceptions of self are influenced by perceptions of pupils, and that the six abovementioned subcategories indicate tasks that could enhance the growth of younger teachers. |
