| 内容記述 | コミュニティポリーシングについて，コミュニティプランニング（地区コミュニティ設計）との関わりについての研究に着目した．本稿では，St.Petersburg, 市（フロリダ州）と Tacoma市（ワシントン州）をベンチマークとして検討した結果，次の結果を得た。外的要因（暴動）からコミュニティポリーシングが導入されたケースでは，コミュニティプランニングとの関わりは見受けられないという事態であること，そしてそれと対照的に，内的要因，即ち地区住民のネイバーフッドカウンシル（地区市民評議会）運動からの要請 －警察官をコミュニティのミーティングに招待；住民と近い存在としての「歩く警察」等－ から導入さらたケースでは，コミュニティポリーシングはコミュニティプランニング（地区コミュニティ設計）の進展と密接に連動して展開されてきた，ということが判明した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | In terms of community Policing, researchs that treat the community policing and community planning have not seen satsfactory in Japan as well as in the US. In this article we treated two cities (St.Petersburg, FL and Tacoma, WA) as the benchmark, and acquired a finding: The case where they hired community policing from Outside-momentum (i.e. riot) has no background or influence with community planning (such as neighborhood council movement) (St.Petersburg). On the other hand in the case of Inside-momentum such as Tacoma where since 1980s citizen and the city tried to build neighborhood council system in municipal paradigm, community policing has been established hand in hand with the community planning movement (such as invitation for police to meeting, "Walking Beat”). Obviously we recognized the different types through the research. | |||||
