| 内容記述 | 近年，学習指導要領などで教科横断的性教育や教育内容の制限の緩和が提唱されつつある。しかし，学校現場では依然，教員の戸惑いがあるように思われる。また，学校内でセクシュアリティについての相談部署の必要性も謳われながら制度的な具体化が行われてはいない。そこで，ユネスコ（国際連合教育科学文化機関）などが提唱している包括的セクシュアリティ教育のガイドラインを手がかりにして，中等教育機関における教員と母子支援相談員への調査を設計した。 その結果，見えてきたことは，以下の通りである。①妊娠から子育て，思春期までの相談を行っている市の相談員と教員では性について教えるべきという意識が乖離しており，②教員たちもそれぞれが現在より将来はもっと包括的セクシュアリティについて教えるべきと認識している。③教員の多くは教科担任あるいは担任として信頼され，相談を受けていた。 これらを踏まえ，クロスカリキュラム化とはどめ規定への考え方，相談体制の在り方について今後の展望を示唆した。 |

| 内容記述 | In recent years, the Courses of Study and other guidelines in Japan have advocated cross-curricular sex education and a relaxation of restrictions on educational content. However, teachers in schools still seem to be confused by such changes. The need for sexuality counselling services in schools has also been advocated, but has not yet been systematically implemented. We therefore designed a survey on teachers in secondary education and maternal and support cousultant based on the guidelines for comprehensive sexuality education proposed by UNESCO and other organizations. The results of the survey show that (i) there are different attitudes towards the need to teach about sexuality between counsellors（public health nurses, nurses and childcare worker）and schoolteachers, and (ii) teachers also perceive that each of them should teach more contents in the future than they do now. (iii) teachers had been almost trusted and consulted about sexuality by students. Based on these findings, this study suggests future perspectives on (i) cross-curricularization and (ii) attitudes towards “HADOME (limit) Stipulation”, and (iii) the concept of the consultation system. |
