| 内容記述 | 本稿は，2025年5月18日～ 5月24日に開催予定の第20回世界バラ会議福山大会が広島県福山市内にもたらす経済効果を産業連関分析により試算した．バラ会議運営費や関連イベント事業費，およびそれらの参加者による消費支出を合わせた総額11億6372万円の直接効果がもたらす1次波及効果は14億263万円という結果になった．また2次波及効果は2億4432万円であり，バラ会議が福山市内にもたらす経済効果の総額は１次波及効果と2次波及効果を合わせて16億4695万円という結果になった．これらの試算結果を踏まえて，効果的な経済効果を生み出すことを意識したバラ会議開催に向けた方向性を議論した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper calculates the economic effects in Fukuyama City induced by WFRS 20th World Rose Convention 2025 in Fukuyama, Japan by using input-output analysis. Firstly, we compiled the expenses to operate the convention and the related events, and those participants’ consumptions as the direct effect of 1163.72 million yen. Next, we calculated the first and second ripple effects induced by the direct effect. The result shows that the first and second ripple effect amount to 1402.63 million yen and 244.32 million yen, respectively. Therefore, the total economic effect turned out to be 1646.95 million yen as the summation of the first and second ripple effect. Finally, we discussed how the convention should be planned to generate economic effects effectively. | |||||
