今回の実践の下敷きにしたのは，Geoffrey Crossick, Patrycja Kaszynska (2022)『芸術文化の価値とは何かー個人や社会にもたらす変化とその評価』である。大学に市井の人々が集まり，議論や一緒に楽しむ機会を上手に作っている場所はまだ多くはないだろう。Art & Careに関心を持つ教員がそれぞれの専門を生かしながら，妊婦やその夫，育児中の親たちに向けて内容を吟味し，連続講座を開いた。広報にはネウボラ推進課の支援を受け，大学と地域の行政が連携した異分野グループよるパイロット的ワークショップの参加者の感想においてThe AHRC Cultural Value Project の研究成果に基づく「個人の内省」，「アイデンティティ」，「主観的幸福感」などの効果がみられた。地域の妊娠中の女性及び家族支援を行っていくという機会をさらに増やし，大学側の変革をも生み出しながら幸福をともに追求していく姿を求め，市民に真の学びを提供していくことに大きな意味が見出された。 |

The practical exercise was based on Geoffrey Crossick and Patrycja Kaszynska (2022) ‘What is the value of art and culture? - The changes it brings to individuals and society and how they are evaluated’. There are probably not many places where people gather at university and successfully create opportunities for discussion and enjoyment together. Faculty members interested in Art & Care carefully examined the content for expectant mothers, their husbands and parents raising children, and held a series of lectures, making use of their respective expertise. With the support of the Neuvola Promotion Division, the university and local government collaborated to hold a pilot workshop for participants from different fields. The results of the AHRC Cultural Value Project showed positive effects in terms of ‘personal reflection’, ‘identity’ and ‘subjective well-being’. The university was seen as providing genuine learning opportunities for its citizens, as they pursued well-being together. |
