| 内容記述 | 障害者差別解消法の下において，事前的改善措置や特定の障害学生に対する合理的配慮の提供が求められている．英語学習にE-learningソフトを導入している大学は多いが，ソフトの情報アクセシビリティについて検討した先行研究は存在しない．そこで，本研究においては，福山市立大学で導入しているNetAcademy NEXT（株式会社アルクエデュケーション）について，情報アクセシビリティの観点から問題になりうる点を提示した．そして，アルクエデュケーションの担当者とともに，取りうる手段について検討した．プログラム全体に影響を及ぼしうることから，プログラムを変更して，事前的改善措置を行ったり個別の障害者対応をしたりすることは難しいと確認できた．そこで，他の方法を検討した．障害学生への対応として，アルクエデュケーションに相談すること，スクリプトを活用すること，人的支援を行うことが考えられることを述べた．その上で，本質的要件を確認する必要性について示した． Under the Law for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, public universities will take anticipatory adjustments and shall provide reasonable accommodations. Although many universities use an e-learning software for English learning, there is no prior research that has examined the information accessibility of the software. Therefore, in this study, the problems of NetAcademy NEXT were presented from the viewpoint of information accessibility. NetAcademy NEXT has been developed by ALC Education, Inc. and used by students in Fukuyama City University. Then, together with the staff of ALC, I discussed the possible measures to be taken. It was confirmed that it would be difficult to implement anticipatory adjustments or to provide individualized support for students with disabilities by updating the program because this could affect the whole system of the program. Therefore, other options were discussed. It was indicated that we should consult with staff of ALC, use scripts and provide physical support. Moreover, it is necessary to confirm the purpose of educational materials for students with disabilities. |
