| 内容記述 | 本研究では，教員養成課程の大学生にブリーフミーティングを体験させ，その体験の教育的効果が検討された。対象は，公立大学の教員養成課程の大学3年生15名 (男性7名，女性8名) であった。「学級の雰囲気を明るくする方法」というテーマで，ブリーフミーティングが実施され，体験終了後に，ブリーフミーティングの評価とその理由の記述についてデータを収集した。その結果，ブリーフミーティングの評価について，参加した大学生からは一定の満足感が示された。また，評価の理由の記述に関しては「ブリーフミーティングによる結果」と「ブリーフミーティングの過程 (プロセス)」の2つの大カテゴリによって整理することができた。さらに，前者の大カテゴリには5つの小カテゴリ (視点の広がり，対応策の増加，自己理解・省察，メンバー理解，効力感) が，後者の大カテゴリには3つの小カテゴリ (他者との協同経験，参加を促す仕組み・ルール，解決志向アプローチ) が抽出された。これらの結果から，教員養成課程におけるアクティブ・ラーニング型の授業として，ブリーフミーティングの教育的効果とその意義について議論された。 The present study investigated the educational advantages of the brief meeting for university students in the teacher training program. 15 third-year university students (seven males and eight females) participated in a brief meeting as active learning in which they experienced the opportunity to discuss how to enhance class morale under the policy of solution focusing and reported feedback for their experience after the brief meeting. We obtained a positive evaluation of the experience from the participants and extracted the two categories from quality data of their feedback: results and processes of the brief meeting including eight sub-categories. These categories are acquiring new perspectives, increasing countermeasures, self-understanding / reflection, others-understanding, and efficacy, which are classified in the results of the brief meeting; collaborative experience, rules for encouraging participation, and solution-oriented approach, which are classified in the processes of the brief meeting. The discussion describes the educational advantages, significance, and limitations of the brief meeting for university students in the teacher training program as active learning. |
