| 内容記述 | わが国では人口減少に伴い商業施設が撤退した地域等において，日頃の買い物に困っている「買い物弱者」が急増しており，最近は都市部においても，クルマの運転ができない等，移動手段が限られる高齢者の「買い物弱者」対策が喫緊な都市問題の１つとなってきている．本稿は，わが国における「買い物弱者」発現の背景を整理した上で，昭和40年代より急激な都市化が進み，中国地方を支える地方中枢拠点都市の１つである福山市市街地部を対象に，「買い物弱者」が発現する可能性を小地域レベル（町丁目単位）で把握するとともに，弱者支援の対策メニューを分野横断的に整理した上で，福山市での取り組み可能性について論じたものである． In Japan, "shopping refugees" is increased by the withdrawal of commercial facilities. In recent years, "shopping refugees" of the older people is an important urban issue. First, the purpose of this paper is to organize the background of "shopping refugees" emergence. Then, it is to analyze the possibility of "shopping refugees" emergence in Fukuyama urban area. Also, organize the measures menu of "shopping refugees", we discuss the possibility of the introduction of measures menu in Fukuyama urban area. |
